Take a moment....

It's that time of year when we start getting overwhelmed and anxious. Our schedulles get filled with acttivities and comittments. There doesn't seem to be enough time for anything! This is when blood pressures rise and tension builds so this is when you need to take a moment for yourself!

Even if it's at work just push back from your desk for 10 minutes and do some breathing or a few simple chair poses to relieve the tension in your neck. So go ahed and take 5-10 minutes for yourself and it will push your restart button to make you more productive the rest of the day.
