So you've started something new! Good for you! Let's keep going! I know you're tired but the good thing about Yoga is it can help you relax and focus. There are 2 videos posted so you can learn a few more poses.

If you have health issues just do what you can! I used to tell my patients to focus on what they CAN do not what they CAN'T do.

Getting Started

We all have good intentions to exercise every day but something always comes up. We need to give ourselves grace but just get started. Even if it's 10 minutes it's something! Then do it again tomorrow
